Hello! This is my psychology measurement classes assignment. I am doing my clinical mental health counseling masters. Professor required us to assesst ourselfs, you can say moderate anxiet- for example i scored 14 in BAI. you can fill out the intake part and i can change it, no worries. Most important parts are the assessments that she is requiring. It doesnt have to match with me because we can made up something so no worries with the info part of mine you can made up. Instructions:
Each student is required to complete a full clinical assessment on oneself to gain practice in administration, scoring, and interpreting the clinical assessment instruments (a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 pages). The assessments for the report will include the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST), Locus of Control Assessment, The Alcohol Use and Identification Test (AUDIT), and the NEO-PI-R or Jung Typology Test.
Students are expected to demonstrate their work on these self-assessment activities throughout the semester by turning in a psychological report written for themselves, based upon both narrative data (students will interview themselves) and score reports from formal assessment tools. Students will report the following information in the assessment report:
Demographic information
Presenting Problem or reason for referral
Family Background
Significant Medical/Counseling History
Substance Abuse and Use
Educational and Vocational History
Other Pertinent Information
The Mental Status Exam
Assessment Results
Diagnosis
Summary and Conclusion
Recommendations
Your treatment recommendations should help address the presenting problem of the client and should be based on all of the information gathered during the “interview”, as well as any assessment data. Make sure you provide a thorough rationale for each treatment recommendation/goal and a minimum of three recommendations/goals are expected. As part of your recommendations, make sure you provide concrete treatment objectives for each recommendation/goal. As a graduate student, it is expected that you have strong writing skills. Therefore, your report should be professionally written and be free from any grammatical and spelling errors. The finished product of this report is expected to be at the quality closely representative of a professional report.
