As an experienced professional, you also have the ability to self-assess your skills, ability, and experiential development in various competencies.
For this assignment, you will complete two self-assessment tools, analyze your results, and create a brief plan for professional development.
I am NOT looking for a full-on, long, formal paper. Yes, you need to write in full sentences and use APA format and guidelines, and section headers for each of the rubric sections, but you do not need to do an exhaustive review of the literature. Instead, focus on your own results. You may need to cite a reference to make a point or to back up an assertion if appropriate, but the overall focus here is just doing the assessments and writing a brief plan for further development.
