Your write-up should include:
An introductory section explaining the organizational context you have chosen.
A section for each construct you have chosen that includes (Each construct section no longer than 5-6 sentences:
The definition of the construct.
An explanation about why you think each of the selected antecedent constructs is a pertinent construct to include.
Information about the reliability and validity of the measure.
For reliability, focus on the internal consistency/alpha reliability. For validity, focus on the predictive validity (also called criterion-related validity) or the empirical documentation of the relationship between the scale and one of your focal outcomes of interest (e.g., motivation, work attitudes, turnover intentions). Reliability and validity are concepts that should be very familiar from prior classes.
The actual items in the measure (these can be included in a table at the end of the document).
A section explaining your data analytic plan (2nd to last paragraph of paper) . That is, how will you use the data to identify areas that need to be targeted for improvement? What analyses and results will be used to determine areas that should be targeted?
A summary paragraph explaining the value of your survey to the organization(Last paragraph of paper).
