You need to answer the initial post by Wednesday at 2359.
This initial post must be 300-500 words with two (2) scholarly/peer references.
The course textbooks do not count as your reference for the posts.
Your posts should demonstrate critical thinking and draw a connection to course readings and related resources, for example, nursing literature, websites, and other academic literature.

These discussions are worth 30% of your overall grade. 15% faculty evaluation and 15% student participation evaluation. Student evaluation is due at midterm and final.
Participation evaluation – faculty is worth 15% of your overall grade. I will be marking weeks 2, 4, 6, 9, 11 out of 3% for each week.
And participation evaluation – student is worth an additional 15%. The evaluation rubric is to be submitted at midterm marking weeks 2,4 & 6 and final marking weeks 9 &11.
I will review your participation evaluation rubric form and confirm the grade at midterm and final.
