Write a 2-3 page scholarly paper (APA format) that contains the following:
• Introduction: Introduce a brief overview of the safety plan’s implementation including major elements and length of time it will take to enact the plan.
• Implementation: Discuss how you would go about implementing your plan. If it involves a change in policy, then discuss how that would be accomplished. If it involves education, identify how and who you would teach. Address any resources you may need to carry out your plan. Include how you would ensure your plan is person-centered. Use at least two sources from the NJ State Library search interface such as OVID, ProQuest, or EBSCOhost.
