According to the article on stress for college students, it states that some of the sources of stress come from objective and individual perspectives. The article mentioned a lot about coping. Stress comes from not being able to handle pressure and just being a leader and being able to be independent. Stress can overall impact an individual’s health status negatively or positively, more than usually it is negative though. The article states it right at the beginning, “Stresscan contribute to health problems directly through physiological effects like sleep disturbances, depression and suicide, and recurring or frequentillness, or indirectly through maladaptive coping behaviors like smoking, drug and alcohol abuse, and overeating.” Some methods of stress reduction show by the article, the results indicated that self-leadership practices “reduce student stress levels and that this relationship is moderated by student coping skills”. This is directly stated in the abstract. Some personal ways I recognize stress is when I am less motivated, or total opposite. When I am super motivated and feel like I have to get everything done and am going nonstop. These are signs to where I am stressed. I usually block the world out or try to finish everything and anything and end up being burnt out. Three things that can help reduce stress personally are taking time off of social media, stop trying to please everyone, and staying on top of my homework, work, and cleaning so I do not get overwhelmed all at once. I have always been bad at coping with my stress, I need to prevent myself from getting stressed by having my stuff done and not worrying about things that are not important

1. What do you think is your personal stake in changing the way our health care system works?
2. Thinking of the experiences portrayed in the film, what are the major problems in the United Statesâ health care system? Why hasnât it been âfixedâ?
3. Which country shown in this film do you believe gives its citizens the best care? Why?
4. Do you believe Michael Mooreâs visit to different countries provides an accurate analysis of each countryâs health care system? Explain why or why not

I think that we should make healthcare more affordable to allows citizens to get the proper medication and checks ups they need to stay healthy rather then just let them be miserable and stressing over not being able to afford it.Some problems with the United States health care system is that we have high mortality rates and a lot of medical errors that cost citizens a ton of money. Another one is that insurance is the United States is soExpensive that not everyone can afford it and itâs hard finding a good doctor.I would say that Canada is one that gives citizen the best care because they provide universal health care and they have a longer life expectancy and lower infant mortality rates then the United States. I believe that his visit to different countries was somewhat accurate because each country health care system provided health care for everyone. Some consequence for not having heath insurance could be a high demand of money out of your pocket to pay for medical needs. But if you were to have health insurance you would see a smaller amount youâd have to pay. The reason that health insurance can be insufficient when it comes to managing expenses is because it may cost to much for certain individuals. I think health insurance is important because it can help you a lot with medical procedures and help the cost of prescription for medical needs.
