Using the BIG PROBLEM and current problem  you identififed from the COVID study data from week 1, refine your research question and provide information from at least  2 reviewed articles  to support your aim/purpose (IE your background paragraph.

* Identify the BIG PROBLEM including the discrepancy (with a minimum of 2 citations)
* Identify the current problem that is directly connected with your research question. 
* Clarify your AIM/PURPOSE of the research study you will do.
* State the research question. 
POSSIBLE RESEARCH QUESTION: COVID -19 uptake amongst nurses: what is the motivation behind the hesitancy among nursing professional to take the COVID-19 vaccine?
Your initial post must have at least 2 citations (APA 7 style with references at the end), There should be four small paragraphs answering each of the criteria noted above.  The initial post must have at least 250 words.  You will have to respond to three of your classmates making a comment on their post and also asking a question about their aim/purpose or research question.
