You are primary health nurses working in a Community Health Centre in a suburb/region of Melbourne or Victoria.
You wish to know more about the health needs of your community to provide more holistic care with a focus on health promotion and education.
You are concerned that with the focus on COVID other things may have been overlooked.
You will need to write a report on your findings from your community profile and health needs assessment.
It will need an introduction as well as headings for the different sections.
