Through the course of the COVID pandemic that challenges and limitations of nursing education became more evident. In this paper you are to identify and discuss the challenges facing nursing education and potential solutions to these problems.
In this paper:
1. Select a specific nursing education program (Undergraduate, graduate, doctoral)
2. Discuss the system problems and limitations within this nursing education program.
3. Disucss how these challenges and limitations affect the profession of nursing and health care outcomes.
4. Identify possible solutions to address the identified systemic limitations. Highlight the existing evidence supporting these solutions.
5. Critically analyze these potential solutions and provide your opinion regarding these interventions to improve nursing education.
