This is a job application that I am thinking of applying for. Please kindly enhance my statement in line with the job description. I need help with the following highlighted in red.
My job experience has been limited due to my health conditions. I am struggling to give examples of skill sets. Since I am reading for my master’s in Psychology, I am considering giving examples of organisational, time management, and meeting deadlines, prioritising tasks based on my experience at university. So please support me on that.

• Recent experience of supporting or coaching individuals on a one-to-one basis (in a voluntary role or paid role), verified by an employer reference (A)
• I have not supported anyone, but please draw on the experience.
Desirable criteria
• Experience in delivering employment advice or coaching to unemployed people or with a disability or mental health problem (A)Have you supported others with anything? It does not have to be work-related, even if you have informed someone of welfare benefits.
Lived experience of mental health problems or caring for someone with a mental health problem (A)You have a lot of lived experience; you can add a little about your struggles and state that you can give a more in-depth answer at the interview stage.
Takes responsibility for own actions and personal development (A, I, T). YES, you are passionate about helping others and once trained, you feel you will excel in this role as you are committed to supporting others into employment and giving them the tools to continue to stay in employment
