This assignment allows you to examine other stress management that are not covered in class, chapters 14 &15. Submit an essay of 3-4 pages double space. The essay will be an individual assignment; therefore, each student is expected submit a report on the due date. In the report, provide detailed descriptions of the following questions: -Description of the therapy encompassing the origin, definition, and accompanying equipment. -Uses of the therapy, when and how it is used, and the population that uses it. -Theories supporting the use of therapy in preventing or managing stress. Associate the theory with the physiology/body. -Scientific research that has studied the therapy. The information should be from scientific journals and remember to cite your sources. -A personal reflection on the technique (i.e., what went well and areas for improvement). NB: Assignments must be typed, double-spaced, 12-point, Times New Roman, font 12, with 1” margins all around. Citations and references should be in the APA format.
