My request concerns a Theory and Practice Paper in Reflective Practice in Organisations. I submitted the paper but I got a fail. This should be 3000 words (plus or minus 10%). It should demonstrate how I have used an aspect of theory in my reflective practice work (which was brought to supervision on the Diploma). I am expected to use some relevant theoretical literature to critically examine a specific incident or stage selected from my reflective practice work. I should give a clear account of my own thinking how theoretical ideas apply to my practice.
