In the methodology, I should write about the detailed plan e.g.(what search engines) and I should write how, terms are used and exclusion. detailed plan in the result section I believe you should include several clinical studies that involve patients with real clinical outcomes about the medicines used for treating upper respiratory tract infections without antibiotics and in each study, you should comment on the study (benefits, weaknesses, what makes it better, what makes it worse etc,). Also, for each study the intervention, the number of participants and the type of each study. And also you should be critiqued.
