Discuss how you assess using diagnostic capability (Nurse Practitioner Standards – standard 1) and understand the person and their needs (National Prescribing Competencies Framework – competency area 1) Also, discuss the theoretical and practical knowledge that you need to apply diagnostic reasoning to formulate a diagnosis for your patient cohort (Palliative care Patients).
