Summary about the project: Title: Establishing aesthetic gynaecology clinic services. Planning project. Chapter 2: A literature review was about new services, staff training,patient-centred and patient satisfaction. Chapter3: Part1- was about the organization development process, I used the HSE model (2008) and applied all my changes processes according to the model’s steps. Part2: about Project evaluation. The requirement is: Structure your evaluation according to the model used OR Structure your evaluation according to your objectives So I need to describe how each objective will be evaluated, I want to use the SPO model (outcome, process and balancing measures) and Kirkpatrick Model for staff training ( objective 2/3). In this mixed study, the evaluation method will combine both quantitative and qualitative methods. The Donabedian model SPO (Structure, Process, and Outcome) will be used to evaluate the process of establishing a new aesthetic clinic in a XX hospital to understand the quality within the system, to focus on the outcome that matters to the patient, to process the way the service is delivered, and to structure the sources and equipment. Kirkpatrick Model will be used for staff training evaluation and the tool includes surveys, and data will be present in a quality improvements tool (please mention the tools with references ).
