Submit a three- to four-slide presentation predicting the effects of implementing the consulting strategy or strategies that were developed in Milestone Three. This must be supported by research, and you must include a response to these effects. Imagine that you are presenting this to a client.
Note: You may use PowerPoint, Google Presentation, Prezi, or another presentation format to create your presentations.
PLUS a quick outline You will also submit a written outline of your final project (consulting case study and action plan report) for instructor feedback. The outline is not graded but is a required submission.

Your presentation was concise  and within the slide-count guidelines.  Your strategy was somewhat clear, though there were some opportunities to more explicitly and fully support with correctly cited research and examples (ex. What theories of motivation, leadership, team development, org culture, etc. might apply?). Fully present the concepts/models/theories/organizational research, cite, then apply.  How does your strategy incorporate assessment of results?  For your final project, be sure to integrate psychological theory and I/O consulting methodology to strengthen your strategy rationale.    Kudos for your  visually-appealing presentation.
