2. The paper demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of various communication theories and concepts.
3. The writer provides a clear rationale for the proposed strategy.
4. The paper provides an analysis of a particular issue from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
5. The implementation plan is realistic.
