RESEARCH QUESTION: Why is it important to debrief in the emergency department after traumatic events? Please use the attached references along with at least 3 others to equal 8 references. Please see attached information to complete literature review. 1. Conduct a literature review of the research as it relates to the identified nursing problem/issue/need. Identify five (5) research articles that relate specifically to the identified nursing problem. In addition to the five new articles, the student will include the three articles from the Problem Identification Paper. The eight (8) references will be formatted in an Appendix (See Appendix 1 requirements below). Include the listed information for each reference in the Appendix. See the Literature Review Grading Guide for additional information. Please include the following information in your paper: a. The articles must be written/published within the last five years, be from a scholarly, evidence based and peer-reviewed journal of nursing or medicine. b. Include an introduction to the identified problem, research question, overall summary of the Literature Review articles and significance to identified problem. c. Include a reference page listing the eight articles reviewed and any other articles or websites used in your literature review. d. The Appendix must contain the exact headers and a concise discussion of the question(s) for each article (see Appendix Requirements below). e. Include Assignment Format elements (Page 5-syllabus). f.
