For each patient you saw this week:

I had the oral inspection and dental chart almost right. Example. On the oral inspection, I found the calculus, oral lesions( Rold margin) I found the occlusion class right, the PSR just missed one,
. and on the chart, I gave right the number of missing teeth, the teeth with decay, and amalgam or composite.

I am working very slow, I don t know how to manage my time. because of that, I did not clean the patient mouth( scaling)

I need to come to the clinic early to get all my tools ready to avoid looking at them when the patient is seated. when working on the patient mouth I need to work a little bit fast.
