– You have to read the textbook texts that are attached about the Four Historical-Cultural Perspectives and the section on Common Factors in the text in order to do this paper and then look at my TOP THREE Highest Scored theories in my Theory quiz (that is attached below) which were Counseling and Psychotherapy Beliefs Pretest, Existential Beliefs Pretest, & Gestalt Theory and Therapy Beliefs Pretest which is in the attached and highlighted in yellow and bold when you search the Theory Quizzes document below. You can see the scores and all the questions asked for these three sections that I got the highest scores.
– Pretend that you are me and reflect on the top three highest-scored sections that I got by explaining your reactions and if you were surprised or not. (Counseling and Psychotherapy Beliefs Pretest, Existential Beliefs Pretest, & Gestalt Theory and Therapy Beliefs Pretest). I am actually not surprised because one of the reasons is that I am well-informed about the counseling field. ADD MORE REASONS TO REFLECT.

This paper should be APA formatted and 3-5 pages long (not counting title page and references)

– Review the four historical-cultural perspectives and the section on common factors in the text and discuss your thoughts on how you understand these perspectives through the lens of your own experiences. Which models make sense to you? Which models do not match your own experiences?
– Complete the provided theory quiz and identify your top three scores (You will select one of these to use in an annotated bibliography assignment and your final paper).
– Finally, reflect on the theories you listed and explore your reactions. Are you surprised by the theories you identified? Discuss your understanding of how they align with the views you explored in part one of this assignment, and what you are surprised/curious about in completing this reflection.
