Purpose: The purpose of this project is to analyze and synthesize a social or health care policy and write a detailed position paper related to your chosen topic. Process: Choose a social issue or health care policy (exclude abortion issues)and write a position paper including the criteria below. Make sure your paper includes all of the rubric components. Label each major section of the paper with appropriate headers as per APA format. Introduce or describe the issue. Identify two distinct sides. Provide a thorough background and analysis of the issue. List the pros and cons related to the issue. Describe the target audience.
