Getting Started
As in the previous workshop, the individual case study is meant to tie your didactic knowledge of pharmacology to clinical application.  You will again be asked to identify all the patient problems and create a SOAP note for each.  Your written assignment will be submitted according to the instructions below and will be graded according to the rubric below.
Upon successful completion of the course material, you will be able to:
•    Apply the pharmacology of diabetes medications to a patient scenario.
•    Identify patient problems, and corresponding S/O information.
•    Create a pharmaceutical care plan for a given patient.

Instructions
1.    Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
2.    Provide a SOAP evaluation for the Endocrinology Case .  Follow the procedures discussed in Workshop One and using the questions that follow as a guide.
3.    When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor by the end of day five of this workshop.
