Part 1 – you will find brief case descriptions which include the individual’s history, symptoms and other relevant information necessary for drawing at least provisional diagnostic conclusions and management suggestions. You are asked to select one of these cases and produce a case report (maximum 2500 words) which will be worth 90% of your total marks for this module. Base your case report primarily on the published literature, with reference to the information given in the case vignette. Do not provide anecdotal information!
Your report should be structured, by using sub-headings, to include the following sections (each section will be considered when awarding an overall mark)
Doesn’t matter which case you pick out of the selection. I would pick case 7 but doesn’t matter.Part 2 – Reflective Assignment Work – around 500 words. including the reflective diary template too. Doesn’t require too much thought. only 10% of module. I have included a brief for this.
