Coding Compliance Program Proposal of Final Project I.

A. Application: Distinguish how the elements of the new policies you recommended will apply to each of the departments and stakeholder groups
within your organization.
B. Procedural Updates: Describe any adjustments to existing procedures within and across departments necessitated by the new policies.
C. Organizational Impact: Discuss the long-range impact that the coding compliance policies are expected have on departments within the
organization.
D. Coding Team Impact: Determine the policies that are most directly related to preventing compliance gaps and inaccuracies within the coding
department processes.
E. Training Plan: Discuss your plan to ensure that the coding team fully integrates the new policies and procedures, identifying any resources that
will be required for training.
F. Measurement: Outline a plan for measuring improvement after your coding compliance policy plan has been implemented. Be sure to set goals
involving organizational improvement in relation to other healthcare organizations.
