Now that you understand the factors that influence Piedmont Overland’s performance as well as the background information, you can select areas to focus on for your performance improvement plan.  Your plan should be strategic. A clear strategy helps to focus energy and resources, establish organizational direction, and strengthen operations where there are opportunities for improvement.
For this part of the project, you will:
**Compile a summary of your performance improvement initiatives.
**You will further describe in detail, your chosen performance improvement model and how you plan to use it to carry out your initiatives and action items and change in work processes. Consider/include  SWOT analysis outcomes, data management processes, data quality, technology challenges, resources and staffing, work processes, financial, and any information in the POCO case.
