Much has been written both in favor and against the new DSM-5 TR classification system of psychopathology. Some of the more popular topics have included discussion around diagnostic overlap, cultural biases, validity/reliability, the removal of certain diagnoses from the DSM-5 TR, etc. Discuss in your paper what you think are some pros and cons of the DSM-5 TR or that you have seen in your professional practice. You can research and review some professional academic sources (i.e. journal articles, articles form professional organizations, textbook, etc.) and incorporate that information into your paper; however, make sure you are citing your sources and references appropriately.
