The project’s primary goal is medical management of blood pressure through remote monitoring of the patients. Home-based blood pressure monitoring is a self-management tool that can help patients monitor and control their blood pressure rates. The project will involve qualitative and quantitative analysis in data collection in analyzing the impact of remote monitoring in patients with hypertension. The quantitative analysis will involve questionnaires and direct interviews on patients with hypertension in the facility.
