It has been designed to encourage students to contextualise their knowledge of the stress response in a common condition they see within their clinical practice; sepsis. Discuss the pathophysiology of sepsis and homeostatic mechanisms involved in the septic patient Assessment Presentation All assessments are required to meet a postgraduate academic standard. This includes presentation, referencing and content. Information/references utilised for the assessment should be drawn from a wide range of contemporary and relevant sources. Content of the assessment should demonstrate a critical analysis of the literature, with evidence of synthesis of ideas.
