I have had wonderful interactions with individuals both at Walgreens pharmacy in which I worked there for over 16 years as a pharmacy technician and as a pharmacy intern. All my patients are pleased with job skills and this winter I have given over 50 Covid-19 shots to patients. Compassion, empathy and professionalism is an important factor when dealing with people. My weakness is I am a perfectionist and I have to learn that not everyone is perfect including myself. I have volunteered with my school (university of maryland eastern shore school of pharmacy) at emmanuel baptist church in adopt-a-block ( giving goods to families in improvished areas meals) I have also donated food to the homeless shelter in salisbury , maryland. My scholarly goals are to be a clinical psychologist specializing in child, adolesence and adult therapy. I plan on opening up my own practice to help those in need and work along side other health care professionals.
