lease read assignment brief in full. I am happy for you to devise a “fictional reflection” that suits the assignment brief as i do not have to describe in detail which placement i experienced this. However it needs to be within either a child protection assessment team or a forensic inpatient Learning disability ward as i have worked within these environments during placements. I will however attempt to write a reflection if that is easier. I have experience within a probation officer role so my strengths are dealing with conflict and challenging behavior as well as being assertive. I am engaging and work well with people as i am really approachable. My challenges have been developing clinical skills and working within my scope of practice ie remembering i am a student as at times i have wanted to do more than i am able but i have been able to recogise this.
