Include the following:
Age, position, education, professional experience and type of facility of employment
Description of strengths and weaknesses and how this influences the manager’s professional performance
Name one or two managerial aspects the manager would like to change and how this change could be implemented
Discuss how this interview impacted your views on management and leadership
Compare and contrast your leadership style with the nurse manager’s leadership style
