As outlined in Palomar Health’s web site, the Board of Directors are charged with the following responsibility:

Pick a hospital or healthcare setting and write a summary (three double spaced pages) of the strategic analysis of a hospital or healthcare setting including an analysis of management, mission, vision, and operational considerations. Be sure to read chapter one of the week one reading assignment especially the section titled “Strategic Planning, Operations, and Budgeting” starting on page 9 of the textbook.
