In module 6, we discuss the different types of disease and unintentional injuries and the burden of each of these health issues on the world as a whole and how they vary in different areas of the world. In this assignment you are asked to define the different types of disease, as well as the burden of disease and provide an example of each. Next, you will be asked to compare the leading causes of deaths in two different countries. Then using what you’ve learned in the course to date about risk factors, the determinants of health, culture and health and other topics, discuss why you might see the differences in disease patterns between these 2 countries. see attached word document
