I need 5 case studies and the information can be found in the book I will attach called USMLE Step 2 Case Studies. The following case studies are the ones needed.
1. 50-year-old woman with hot flashes (Case 35, pg. 284)
2. 22-year-old woman with abdominal pain (Case 36, pg. 290)
3. 30-year-old woman with worsened menstrual cramps (Case 38, pg. 302)
4. 45-year-old man despondent since the death of his wife (Case 42, pg. 328)
5. 35-year-old man with left-sided back pain(Case 47, pg. 360)
Attached please find: – A sample which my professor would like us to go off of – Checklist which should be applied to each case study – Documentation/ Patient Encounter which is the publish form to use for each case study. One explains things in more detail and the other can be used as the guideline to fill in per case study. Please use APA 7th edition.Thank you so much!
