I am currently working at advantage care physicians.I will be implemented my DNP project at ACPNY at Rochdale village. My DNP project mentor is Dr. Serge G Alertes MD and he is also a stakeholder. He is currently a medical director bin the project site. The site manager is Devi Dokolmd MSN. I will be using two RN to help my project sit. please see file.
