Format:
a. Purpose of the health unit
b. Describe topic/theme – relevance to this population (why do kids need to learn this)
c. Summary of the planning process (hint: use of the MATCH or PRECEDE/PROCEED planning
model will be helpful here)
d. List three learner objectives for participants who hear your unit would learn (e.g., “After students will be able to….”)
e. Describe planned demonstrations and activities (activity, infographic, and quiz)
f. Evaluation of the health fair
 Process evaluation: How did the planning process go? (What was helpful, what could have been done better?)
 Evaluation: How did implementation go- evaluate your final products (infographic, poster, activity, powerpoint)
