For this assignment, you will create an infectious diseases (ID) epidemiological profile reference document. You can preview the template here, but the instructor will provide you with the list of infectious diseases to use for your profile. ( LYME DESEASE)The example template does not have diseases listed. The list provided from your instructor will include ten infectious diseases which you will provide basic epidemiological and vaccine related data for. Save the file as: YOUR last name_ID PROFILE
Requirements and Details:
Use the provided template.
Use the list of diseases provided by the Instructor. (lists will vary each term and all students may not have the same list. Lists were distributed in Unit 5).
Fill in the template with the missing information so that all cells are complete. Use the example rows on the template to guide you in how to input the information.
The herd immunity threshold column is a formula that will auto-calculate once you enter the R0. DO NOT alter this column.
For columns with pre-existing answers already populated, (such as the Yes or NO columns) bold and red the text that represents your answer, see the example entries as a guide.
Do NOT enter NA for any of the information. See the examples for how to handle content that may not be applicable for your specific diseases.
