Identify a healthcare organization’s strategic plan in your state.
Align your department’s mission, vision, strategic objectives, and key initiatives to the healthcare organization’s strategic plan.
Analyze external factors that will impact your department in the next three years.
Analyze external and internal stakeholders.
Analyze the department’s information technology needs.
Summarize the department’s health information technology risk plan.
Summarize the department’s risk mitigation plan.
The Department Strategic Plan
Must be 8 to 12 double-spaced pages (excluding title page and references page) in length and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Writing Center (Links to an external site.).
Must include a separate title page with the following:
Title of paper
Student’s name
University name (University of Arizona Global Campus)
Course name and number
Instructor’s name
Due date
Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
Must utilize a minimum of three scholarly and/or peer-reviewed sources from the University of Arizona Global Campus Library.
Must document all sources in APA style as outlined in the Writing Center.
Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Writing Center.
