For theory, write about Hofstede’s cultural dimensions on individualism vs collectivism and how that affects the number of vaccinations and people’s reactions to mask mandates. For instance, in China which is a collectivist country people follow rules, and in the US which is an individualism country some people don’t want to wear masks and be vaccinated.
