This can include common themes in the articles, similarities, difference, etc. Your entire paper should be no more than 3 pages, double spaced, size 12 font. Be sure to consider the following.
For each study (1 paragraph each): Identify and briefly summarize the key points from each section of the article.
What general topic is the research addressing and what are their research questions?
What method did the researchers use (briefly summarize, but don’t include specific numbers or measures)?
What did they find (again, no numbers, just describe the relationships between the most important variables)?
Why is this study important? Make sure to relate it to your final project.
Synthesize your summaries (approximately 1 page):
How are findings similar? Do the results of both studies support the same ideas?
Are there similarities in methodologies between studies?
How are methods or findings different?
What do these combined articles tell us about your final project topic?
