Explain, in your own words, how a service user can take responsibility for, and promote, their own mental wellbeing and mental health?

Obviously levels of ability and capacity will have an impact here but think of the day to day tasks in which you support your service user and identify if any of these contribute to their mental wellbeing/health. For example, think about respect and dignity; how might you be helping them to take responsobility and promote their own well-being?
