Nonexperimental research does not entail independent variables manipulation. Researchers typically measure variables as they naturally occur (Wales, 2020). This research is employed when the researcher does not have a specific question regarding a cause-and-effect relationship. The researcher can’t control the independent variables. This research is used on various occasions, including; when the research is exploratory and broad and when there is a non-causal relation between variables (Wales, 2020).
