Essay 2: Development 1. Pick two developmental psych techniques (that I included in lectures, that were used in papers we read, or perhaps that you know of from outside the class). For each technique answer the following: • Describe what is actually measured when using this technique (i.e., the DV), and what psychological construct(s) is/are inferred from that measurement. • Next, describe a couple of questions that have been or could potentially be answered with that technique (include at least 1 citation). • Finally, to what extent do you think that the evidence provided by this technique is sufficient (by itself) to support the claim that infants possess the representation in question?
