Educational equity is a big concept. We could not possibly cover all its aspects in one course. Take time to do your own research on the topic of special education.
Outline the research you conduct (include a summary of findings, why you selected this element of equity), and then explain the topic and how it impacts students and society. Use these questions as a guide:

•    How does it connect to educational inequity and what you have learned thus far in this course?
