This week you will explore the carcinogenic potential of your assigned drug. Check this week’s page for resources. Your paragraph should describe the precautions and the animal and human data that support them. I’d also like you to give me your opinion on the overall drug safety. Some conditions are quite dire and that makes treatment with unpleasant and potentially toxic prescription medication the lesser of two evils. This is not true for minor conditions. Does your drug have serious side effects? Is cancer one of them? Would you approve of the use of the drug under carefully defined circumstances?
