This paper will describe my personal philosophy of nursing practice, approach, beliefs, and values to nursing. Then, Middle range nursing theories will be discussed in relation to personal philosophy and an interdisciplinary theory will be explored as well. (the problem issue is workplace Violence). Finally, my Role as an advocate for positive social change.
