Patient accepts she is constipated, had diarrhea 6 months ago, drinks 1-2 glasses of water a day. Patient has a history of cholecystectomy at age 42. Assessment data; abdomen is soft, symmetric but tenderness in the LLQ. No visible lesions or scars, the aorta is in midline with no hernia, nomoactive bowel sounds present in three quadrants and hypoactive in LLQ. Deep pressure on LLQ firm, oblong mass (2x4cm). Patient unable to do exercises because of abdoninal discomfort, hardly eats fruits, and vegies.
