Read the attachments and then Develop a case scenario of a hospitalized patient in an acute care setting. You may draw from case information previously gathered from a patient or develop one based on textbook examples. The scenario should include patient demographics; gender, age, ethnicity, cultural considerations, social determinants of health, presenting clinical problem, medical diagnosis, vital signs, labs and results, procedures, medications, and any additional information applicable to the hospitalization.
