DESIGNS: Select the single-subject design that best fits your study based upon your research and understanding of each design (reversal, withdrawal, multiple baseline—across participants, behaviors, or settings, changing criterion, alternating treatment/multielement).
Describe why you selected it and how the design is specifically implemented within your hypothetical research study.
RESULTS: Create hypothetical data for your study. Describe the results of the intervention that was implemented.
Provide a graph of the data using the appropriate single-subject design graph.
Copy and paste the graph(s) into the same document as the rest of the assignment (do not submit separate files).
Graphs should use the guidelines from Chapter 6 of your Applied Behavior Analysis text, including chart title, data line with markers in black and white only, phase labels, phase change lines, figure caption, x axis line and label, y axis line and label, and any additional elements depending upon the individual single subject design.
Summarize results of the graph in a visual analysis (trend, level, variability) across and between phases.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT/RUBRIC
Written communication: Should be free of errors that detract from the overall message.
APA formatting: Use current APA style and formatting, paying particular attention to citations and references. Refer to Evidence and APA for citing and referencing tips.
Length: 7–9 double-spaced pages, not including the title page or reference page.
References: A minimum of four scholarly or professional resources.
Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 point.
