design an equity action plan for yourself. Your plan should include how you will work on yourself (bias, understandings, etc.) and how you will combat inequity professionally (as an educator inside and outside the classroom).

•    Slide 1: “As an educator, I, now, understand and plan to …” in a paragraph outline your plan for equity as an educator.
